Even old Saint Nick has been hit with the Mandela Effect. The last time I checked, I remember Santa's last name being spelled, "Clause". There are now debates on the internet, "Clause" or "Claus". Since when was this ever a question?
From the U.S. Copyright Office, there are so many things copyrighted with the words "Santa Clause", so I know I'm not going crazy or had missed the spelling of "Clause" for over 40 years! What do you guys remember? Comment please!
I remember Clause. Without the e at the end it looks completely wrong, just like Schultz without the t.
ReplyDeleteWithout the "e" on the end, it should be pronounced "Klaus", like in German.
DeleteThis is so true!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteALL OF THE SANTA CLAUSE MOVIES WITH TIM ALLAN ARE SPELT SANTA clausE!
ReplyDeleteMakeuplovers101 21, yes. People try to debunk it saying that it's a play on words because of the word "clause", an in contract, but it's a play on words because "clause" and "Santa Clause" should be spelled the same way!
